Years after a fast-spreading virus, when hardly any survivors are left, two siblings decide to leave a deserted colony and look for a new home. On the way they are attacked by a pack of ferals and two hunters save them in the last moment. The hunters decide to help them get to one of the new colonies where they can be safe.
